0378-2025: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to modify an existing contract by adding additional funding in an amount up to $50,000.00 with Evolved Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC, to provide residential emergency heating, plumbing, and water and sewer services as part of the Division of Housing’s Emergency Repair program; to extend the contract term for one additional year through February 28, 2026; to authorize the expenditure of up to $50,000.00 from the 2025 General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
