0352-2023: To approve Memorandum of Understanding #2022-17, executed between representatives of the City of Columbus and the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Local 1632 to amend Appendix A (classification listing) of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, dated April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2024, by placing the Refuse Collection Vehicle Operator into Pay Range 25 to 27 and the Refuse Collection Vehicle Operator (Manual) into Pay Range 24 and the Refuse Container Assembler and Repairer into Pay Range 15 to 19; to increase the pay range of incumbent employees in those classifications; and to declare an emergency.
