Exceptions to this include, as authorized by statute or rule, an individual judge ruling or a court order restricting access to records in an individual case. Additionally, the Clerk will protect non-public information as determined by court ruling and statute. Such information may include social security numbers, bank numbers with access/security codes, and victim name(s) and address(es) in criminal proceedings.
