2247-2026: To authorize the Director of Columbus Water & Power to enter into a planned contract modification with CTL Engineering, Inc. for the Construction Administration/Construction Inspection Services 2026-2028 contract; to authorize an amendment to the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to appropriate funds within the Water Supply Revolving Loan Account Fund; to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for this project; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,098,331.21 from the Water Supply Revolving Loan Account Fund to pay for the project.
