2109-2022: To authorize the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into various contracts for management of the Urban Forestry Master Plan; to authorize and direct the City Auditor to establish auditor’s certificates in the amount of $1,500,000.00 for various expenditures in conjunction with the management of the Urban Forestry Master Plan; to authorize the appropriation of $500,000.00 within the CDBG Fund in accordance with the City’s U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) 2022 Annual Action Plan as approved by Council; to authorize the Director of Recreation and Parks to modify an existing contract with Davey Resource Group to continue citywide street tree inventory; to authorize the expenditure of $2,000,000.00 from the CDBG Fund and Recreation and Parks Voted Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
