2026-0016: Ordinance supplementing the Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances, Title Two: Fiscal, Article V: Special Funds, to add a new Chapter 239: Fleet Vehicle Fund, to create a Fleet Vehicle Fund to fully fund the City of Pittsburgh’s fleet needs, and establish the purposes for which monies in the Fund may be used.
