1895-2024: To authorize the City Auditor to appropriate funds within the General Fund Income Tax Set Aside Subfund; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer $4,353,042.76 within the General Fund; to authorize the payment of $5,804,057.01 in accordance with the Jobs Growth Incentive (JGI) Program for the eighteen (18) active and reporting JGI agreements for which employers have met the requirements of their JGI agreements and thus are eligible to receive their payments for tax year 2023 (also calendar year and/or report year) in 2023; to authorize the expenditure of $5,804,057.01 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
