BL2026-1426: An ordinance to authorize building material restrictions and requirements for BL2026-1425, a proposed Specific Plan Zoning District for property 3233 Hamilton Church Road, approximately 315 feet west of Buckpasser Avenue, (4.05 acres), and located within the Hamilton Hills Urban Design Overlay, to permit 24 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2024SP-041-001) THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE REQUIRES CERTAIN MATERIALS TO BE RESTRICTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS.
