2021-2021: To authorize and direct the Administrative Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to accept a grant modification to increase the award amount and extend the expiration of the original award from the Franklin County Office of Homeland Security & Justice Programs; to appropriate an additional $6,500.00 from the unappropriated balance of the general government grant fund to the Franklin County Municipal Court Department of Probation and Pretrial Services for the purpose of providing Intimate Partner Abuse & Batterer’s Intervention Programming specifically for the LGBTQ community; and to declare an emergency.
