Comunale Company, Inc. for annual smoke and fire alarm testing, inspection, and repair, as well as sprinkler inspections, fire pump testing, and fire suppression testing for the Facilities Management Division in accordance with the terms and conditions of a State of Ohio Master Maintenance Agreement; to waive the formal bidding requirements of the City Codes Chapter 329; to authorize the expenditure of $167,000.00 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
