2025-2095: Resolution repealing Resolution 623 of 2021, effective September 30, 2021, which authorized the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the Publicly-Owned Properties in the 4th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 11-K, Lots 78 and 78-2 (2 and 3 Seneca Street - Council District 6), and further authorizing the Pittsburgh Land Bank to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to these parcels at no cost to the city.
