BL2026-1373: An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon existing public sanitary sewer main, fire hydrant assembly and sanitary sewer manholes, and to accept new sanitary sewer main, fire hydrant assembly, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 1205 and 1223 Third Avenue North, also known as 3rd and Madison Townhomes Phase 1 (MWS Project Nos. 25-WL-47 and 25-SL-111 and Proposal No. 2026M-030ES-001).
