3287-2024: To authorize the City Attorney to spend City funds to acquire and accept in good faith certain fee simple and lesser real estate located in the vicinity of Sunbury Road from Glenoak Drive to Mock Road; to contract for associated professional services in order for the Department of Public Utilities to timely complete the acquisition of Real Estate for the Sunbury/Mock Home Sewage Treatment Systems Elimination Project; to expend up to $30,000.00 from the Sanitary Bond Fund for the Real Estate; and to declare an emergency.
