BL2021-987: An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by amending the Southgate Station Specific Plan for various properties located north of Southgate Avenue and on either side of Marshall Hollow Drive (1.97 acres), to prohibit not-owner occupied short-term rental and owner occupied short-term rental uses, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2015SP-037-003).
