2021-1527: Resolution amending Resolution 238 of 2020, entitled “Resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Innovation and Performance to enter into an agreement with Cohen Law Group and CTC Technology & Energy for the renegotiation of the City’s Cable Franchise Agreements with Comcast and Verizon, and certain additional telecommunications consulting services; and further providing final payment to SmartWorks Partners for work provided under an agreement authorized by Resolutions 741 and 748 of 2018” to increase the total not-to-exceed amount for additional telecom and small cell facility support to a total of five hundred thirty-one thousand two hundred thirteen dollars and seventy cents ($531,213.70) and to add an authorized signer.
