R-114-26: A RESOLUTION OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE “ISSUER”) AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ISSUER AND WESLEY MANOR RETIREMENT COMMUNITY, INC.
