Amends a Tax Credit Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Colorado Energy Office (CEO) under the Geothermal Energy Tax Credit Offering (GETCO) program for the Downtown Denver District Thermal Network Detailed Engineering Design study by adding thirteen months for a new end date of 1-31-2029, by revising certain dates and definitions in the agreement and deleting Exhibit B, Addendum 3 and replacing it with Exhibit B, Addendum 3-A.
