2026-0500: Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an Institutional Review Board Authorization Agreement with the University of Pittsburgh, allowing the University of Pittsburgh Institutional Review Board to provide oversight of research conducted by the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services in partnership with the University of Pittsburgh, at no cost to the City.
