The terms of the contracts are September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2027. The major provisions of the contracts include base wage increases of 2% to be given in September of each fiscal year of the contract term. The contract also adds a new step in FY27 and a new degree to the education differential.

The grant will fund a program that focuses primarily on out-of-school youth, between the ages of 14-24, who face barriers to education, training, and employment, the committee submitted a report recommending that this order ought to pass.
