Thompson Company, LLC, for the purchase of Fairbanks Morse Pump Parts and Service for the rehabilitation and replacement of pumps at the Hap Cremean Water Plant; to authorize the Department of Public Utilities to purchase more than $100,000.00 in a fiscal year from the Universal Term Contract for Fairbanks Morse Pump Parts and Service; to authorize an amendment to the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the Director of Public Utilities to apply for and accept a loan from the Water Fresh Water Market for the project; to appropriate funds in the Water - Fresh Water Market Rate Fund; to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for this project; and to authorize an expenditure of up to $675,000.00 from the Water - Fresh Water Market Rate Fund to pay for the contract modification.
