1161-2026: To authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $14,500,000.00 or so much thereof as may be necessary from the General Fund’s Income Tax Set Aside (ITSA) Subfund to pay 2026 waste disposal tipping fees for the Division of Refuse Collection; to authorize the Director of Public Service to establish an encumbrance of $14,500,000.00 to pay refuse tipping fees to the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio for the Division of Refuse Collection pursuant to an existing lease agreement; and to declare an emergency.
