  On April 7, 2026, the Finance, Native Communities, and Tribal Governments Committee met and unanimously recommended passage of three ordinances: CB 121184 expanding the Director of Finance and Administrative Services' authority to execute leases for transitional encampment purposes; CB 121185 amending the 2026 budget to address homelessness response; and CB 121187 authorizing the Mayor to accept and expend grants, private funding, and subsidized loans from non-City sources.
