    Ordinance No. 2017-26 authorizes and levies a special tax on all taxable parcels within Community Facilities District No. 11, Annexation No. 80, effective for the 2016-2017 fiscal year and all future fiscal years, following approval by the City of Fresno Council on May 25, 2017 and voter approval by more than two-thirds margin on the same date. The tax rate is subject to an annual adjustment by Council resolution but cannot exceed the maximum rate specified in Exhibit B to Council Resolution No. 2017-142.
