21-0675: A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendment to User Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Colorado Symphony Association to extend the term, maintain the existing monthly rental rate, and expand the premises. Amends a contract with Colorado Symphony Association by adding three years for a new end date of 6-30-24, maintaining the existing monthly rental rate, and adding “offices” to permitted premises for the use of Boettcher Concert Hall for performances and other events (THTRS-201839929-00).
