Separately, the Property Maintenance Appeals Board will review requests to permit a reasonable minimum variance from the applicable section of the Housing Code. The City PROPERTY MAINTENANCE APPEALS BOARD will hold a public hearing on the following appeal and/or variance applications on MONDAY, February 9, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the MICHAEL B.
