2025-2200: NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and congratulate the Pittsburgh Riveters Soccer Club for their historic inaugural season, and support them as they continue to grow and inspire women on and off the field; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Wednesday, September 3, 2025 to be “Pittsburgh Riveters Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
