Laid-on-the-Table (LOTT) Items are introduced during Regular Assembly Meetings. Effective September 20, 2024, LOTT Items will be compiled the day after the Regular Assembly meeting and made available under Links below. The Addendum includes items to be added to the agenda and is prepared the Friday before the Assembly meeting. The Addendum is formally adopted when the Assembly moves to incorporate it at its Regular Assembly Meeting. Effective March 14, 2025 the Addendum will also be available by clicking “Agenda Packet” under Links below the Friday before a Regular Assembly Meeting.
