The ordinance provides that the Office of Equal Protection “shall be authorized to coordinate implementation and compliance with this Ordinance” and “shall promulgate appropriate guidelines and / or regulations for such purposes that reflect the City’s application processing policy referenced in Chapter 181.” City Code, § 161.16A. The Office of Equal Protection hereby promulgates a revised set of appropriate regulations in order to enforce the law, a copy of which is attached.
