  Resolution #38-20 approves a special exception permit for a planned unit development industrial building campus on Neubert Road (Parcels 110352600, 110352700, 110352800, and 110352900) in the Town of Greenville. The permit grants zero lot line pavement setbacks and reduces greenspace along Neubert Road from 20 feet to 13 feet due to right-of-way dedication, with conditions requiring 50% masonry facade on south-facing facades facing STH 15 and supplemental landscaping on the property. The permit expires if the use is discontinued for eight months, or if a building permit is not obtained within 12 months unless an extension is approved by the Planning Commission; the special exception runs with the land and is transferable. The Town Board adopted the resolution on May 18, 2020, following a Planning Commission recommendation for approval.
