The East Stroudsburg Borough Council held a budget special meeting on November 12, 2025, to address several items including traffic management infrastructure and grant funding. Additionally, the council authorized the execution of documents to the Commonwealth Financing Authority to draw down a full $30,000 LSA grant award for a Ventrac mower snowplow, and scheduled a 2026 capital budget presentation.
