Amends Chapter 53 of the DRMC to substitute the term “menstrual hygiene products” in place of the term “feminine hygiene products” for the purposes of administering the existing exemption from the collection of sales and use tax in the City and County of Denver. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 8-13-2024.
